Have you ever noticed how a change in perspective can make all the difference in the way you feel about your life? This idea aligns with the notion that our thinking creates our feelings. So, when we are feeling mad or sad or scared about something, if we take a few steps backward or change the angle on our lens, we might see a whole new picture.
Try this experiment: Look out the window on a sunny day at a beautiful landscape. Now, adjust your gaze until all you can see are particles of dust floating around in the sunlight. It only takes a moment to experience a completely different reality. Life can sometimes feel like those dust particles.
