How often do you have days when you have so much to do but it feels like you've accomplished nothing at all? We all know those times when the hours fly by as if we’re on autopilot; and at the end of the day, we realize we didn’t check a single thing off of our list.

If we don't stay focused, it’s easy to get distracted and lose sight of our goals. We need to take consistent steps in the right direction or we may just end up right back where we started.

There are a few things I do every day to help me stay in alignment with my VISION and to keep moving forward. The first thing is to set my intention for the day.
