Want More Abundance In Your Life?

There is a passage in the Bible that says whoever has more will be given more; and those who do not have, even what they have, will be taken away. Although this sounds harsh, what it is really saying is that when we have abundance, we attract more abundance.

If we are on the abundance frequency and have an abundance mindset, our mind tunes in to all of the possibilities and opportunities that will create so much more in our lives.

When we aren’t on the abundance frequency, and instead have a lack or scarcity mindset, we attract more lack or scarcity. This result is simply the law of attraction doing its job.

Today, I want to share a simple, fun and highly effective exercise you can do that will help you get yourself on the frequency of abundance.

Take a sheet of paper and write down what every item in your house is worth. If you paid $1000 for your couch, write $1000 on the piece of paper. If your dining room table was $2000, add $2000 to the paper. Go from room to room around your house taking note of everything: your computer, your rug, you can use one number for all of the clothes in your closet, and don’t forget your car.

Once you have your list together, add up all that you’ve got so you can see how abundant you really are and that you truly do have abundance in your life.

When your mind wants to resort back to thinking about what you don’t have, remember to look at the evidence and shift your attention to all that you do have.

This fun, little exercise can help you get on the frequency of abundance and will open the door for more.

Let me know if you try this and leave a comment if it sparks any new thoughts about your wealth or finances. I always love to hear from you.

Here’s to living your dream,

Cyn
