I believe if you can dream it, you can live it. As a Transformational Life Coach and a Results Expert, I thrive on empowering my clients to create lives they love.

Having been through my own share of challenges—first in childhood and then as an adult—I believe in the power of re-framing obstacles into empowering experiences.

I have always known it was my calling to empower people to live better lives. My favorite classes in college were psychology classes, and after college, I continued to study self-improvement topics. I considered becoming a therapist, but that didn't feel like a good fit. Then I discovered life coaching, and realized that was my calling; the idea that life coaching is about helping people move forward was appealing.

It is now my mission to guide people in making their own lives great, whether that means overcoming obstacles, or taking their situation from good to incredible … or many times, both.  

I believe that everything I've faced in my life has provided me with the unique ability to really stand with people, whether they're committed to making a good life GREAT, taking their life to the next level, or navigating through a tough challenge.

I have a  results-oriented approach that helps my clients get out of overwhelm, stop sacrificing their personal lives and finally enjoy the success, free time and lifestyle they crave.

I am  a highly-trained coach having been certified as a Life Mastery Consultant, Dream Builder Coach, Life Coach CTA, Grief Recovery Specialist, and Grief Intuitive Coach. I've  shared the stage with Wellness Expert Mariel Hemingway and world-renowned transformational leader Mary Morrissey. I have also been a featured guest speaker on KDPI talk radio and True-Life Academy internet radio, and am an award-winning speaker.  

My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to a number of successful ventures, including working as a Hollywood television producer and member of the Directors Guild of America, owning a high-tech recruiting firm focusing on Silicon Valley, and selling real estate in the world-renowned ski resort town, Sun Valley, Idaho.

I believe that my  varied experience gives me a wide perspective on the challenges people face personally and professionally.
