    Thanks for sharing such personal and universal great advice. Read a story yesterday in the NY Times re the Attention Economy the premise being that we are all caught up in this social media world. The lesson is “Attention is a limited resource, so pay attention to where you pay attention.” Thought it was great advice for all of us.

    Raymond, That is great advice. Where we put our attention is the beginning of everything we co-create in our lives. Results formula = Attention creates our thoughts creates our feelings creates our actions or in-actions creates our results. I teach to notice what you’re noticing – Notice what your thoughts are – notice if you’re feeling constricted or expanded – in essence notice where you are putting your attention. Its a skill worth developing.
