The Fourth Agreement – Always Do Your Best

Over the last few weeks, I've been discussing Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements. The final agreement is one of my favorites, “Always Do Your Best.”

The fourth agreement is the glue that holds all of the other agreements together and is the easiest agreement to follow. It allows us to be who we are in the moment, and helps us erase the self-criticism and blame that we learned in our formative years.

Although implementing The Four Agreements into our lives may take practice, I believe they can help us live more balanced, authentic, and happier lives.

So remember...

Be Impeccable With Your Word
Don't Take Anything Personally
Don't Make Assumptions
Always Do Your Best

And when you Always Do Your Best, you will be the BEST that YOU can be.
